POSITION: Non-Executive Director
A Non-Executive Director of MasterMind Africa Consult Limited in charge of Operations. She is an industrious Legal and HR professional with a total of 10 years’ in-depth experience in private and corporate legal and HR practice.
Acting on behalf of a number of corporate entities such as the Gold Coast Refinery Limited, Josephine has established strong working relationships with a number of government agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), Minerals Commission and the Ghana Chamber of Mines.
As a legal practitioner, she is certified to practice in both Ghana and England and is also a member in good standing of the Ghana Bar Association and the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners of Ghana. Josephine has a wide array of expertise as an HR Generalist and was instrumental in the strategic management and development of the Human Resource function of L’Oreal West Africa Limited (FZE) for a period of four (4) consecutive years.
Josephine has also trained as an ISO 9001:2015 auditor and possess a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities (Geography and French) from the University of Ghana and a post graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from City University, London, United Kingdom.
