NAME: Mr. Daniel Antwi
POSITION: Executive Director & CEO
A Ghanaian Entrepreneur and Executive Director & CEO of MasterMind Africa Consult Limited. He has been the Manager of Human Resource for Cenpower Generation Company since 2014 and lead the company in setting up its’ HR department and its HR generalist functions.
He has held senior management roles in his successful career over 13 years in various industries, notably MonuRent Ghana (mining), Tata International (automobile) and one of the Trassacco Group of companies (manufacturing). He holds Masters Degree in Business & Industrial Psychology from University of Applied Management in Germany and Bachelor Degree in Business Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana.
He holds post-graduate qualifications in Entrepreneurship from China-Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and from Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, USA. He participated in various international business fora across West and South Africa, Germany, US and Canada and currently a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP).
