Maame Samma is the Company Secretary of MasterMind Africa Consult Limited in charge of Corporate Affairs. Having qualified as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Superior Courts of Ghana, Maame Samma obtained her Qualifying Certificate in Law (B.L.) at the Ghana School of Law and her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Maame also has an LLM in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, UK. With over six (6) years’ experience as a legal practitioner, her career began at the Ghana Legal Aid Scheme, Accra as a mediator. She has acquire experience in criminal prosecution at the Attorney-General’s Department in Cape Coast, Central Region.
Maame has also practiced as a private practitioner and has been involved in private litigation. Her areas of practice include Oil and Gas Law and Policy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial transactions, Compliance, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law and Due Diligence. A Member of the team of Local Counsel to the Ghana Airport Company, Ghana Trade fair, Scancom Ghana Limited.
